The Web Accessibility Toolbar is provided by the Web Accessibility Tools Consortium (WAT-C) and is freeware. Sonet Web, in conjunction with WAT-C, has provided a download for you at the link below.
To install just click on the download link and click the RUN button on the dialog box pop up - this will download the installer to your computer. When the download is complete again click RUN and follow the on-screen instructions.

The Web Accessibility Toolbar functionality development is an ongoing process, as the Toolbar has an update function the tools/references available can be updated without the user having to re-install the software. Also, some toolbar functionality is reliant upon Javascript and CSS files hosted on the AIS server, these files may be modified, resulting in a change in the way the associated Toolbar function works.
